Mayonnaise And basil dip
Procedure:

  1. Place the egg yolks And lemon juice in a food processor or blender
    And process them for 3 minutes on low speed.
  2. Stir the two oils together. With the machine running, pour in the oil,
    slowly.
  3. Continue processing the mixture to form a creamy mayonnaise.
    Remove from processor And place the dip in a bowl.
  4. Tear the basil And stir into mayonnaise, add the crushed garlic And
    season. Cover And refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
