Procedure:

  1. In a food processor while its running add eggs, water, lemon juice, pepper
    And Tabasco sauce. Blend for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small sauce pot heat the butter to 175ºF.
  3. With the food processors running add the butter slowly, taste And season.
