Procedure:

  1. Peel the avocado and cut them into large dice, place them in a
    bowl And mash them with a fork.
  2. Add the tomatoes, scallions, jalapenos, lemon or lime juice,
    And cilantro. Blend well And season with salt And pepper.
  3. Serve as soon as possible.
